RETURNS

It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct size for your pup. However, if you have ordered the incorrect size or product or you simply change your mind, we will happily allow you to exchange product(s) or return product(s) for a refund. 

We cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE

Except for the case of a faulty product or the return is a result of our error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item and also the shipping cost will incur to ship the replacement to you. If your exchange order is greater than your returned item, we will provide a link to complete payment for the balance.

RETURN FOR A REFUND

Except for the case of a faulty product or the return is a result of our error. The shipping cost will be at your spend if you return your item for a refund. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the total refund. It is applicable to all free shipping items.

CONDITIONS

Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange for the item/s you are after (subject to availability). 

No refunds or exchange are provided on Sale/Clearance item(s).

Item(s) must be returned in original unused, unworn (other than the purpose of trying on) condition, with tags attached.

No marks, no stains, no fur and no rips.

You must provide us with proof of purchase.

Please note that no returns/exchanges will be provided for any items that have been used in ways that they are not intended (for example: dog leads or collars are not to be used as toys.)

We can deny a return if the items do not meet the above conditions.

You will be responsible for the package until we receive it, so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.
